Full PPR (1 PPR) Fantasy Football Rankings FAQ

What are full PPR rankings?
Full PPR (1 point per reception) rankings order players by projected value when every catch is worth a full fantasy point. Volume receivers, slot WRs, and pass-catching running backs rise; touchdown-dependent early-down backs slide.
What is PPR ADP for 2026?
PPR ADP is the average draft slot a player is going at in full-PPR leagues, averaged live across ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, Underdog, NFL.com, and CBS drafts. Because receptions are worth double what they are in half PPR, target hogs typically carry a PPR ADP one to two rounds earlier than their standard ADP.
How is full PPR different from half PPR?
The only rule change is reception value: 1.0 versus 0.5 points. That single point per catch is enough to move a 90-target slot receiver ahead of a 250-carry running back in the same draft range.
How often does PPR ADP update here?
In real time. ADP is re-averaged continuously from live drafts, so injury news and depth-chart changes show up in the numbers the same day.
